Has it been a while since you spent real, valuable time with yourself, with no obligations, no deadlines, and no expectations from anyone? When life keeps building pressure, it is normal to feel overwhelmed and dream about escaping for a few days to a place where you can breathe freely, be yourself, and drop every social mask.

If you have decided to take care of yourself and create meaningful change, this 10 day retreat is made for you. This program is designed to help you rediscover inner harmony, physical health, and overall well being.

We understand that adding self care into everyday life is not always easy, especially when studies, family, career and responsibilities already occupy so much space. That is why we will share simple and effective practices that help you build balance and nurture your inner world without guilt or struggle. No magic tricks, just real tools that gently guide you into a healthier, calmer and more energized version of yourself, so there is no return to the old, exhausted you.

This program is ideal if you want to reconnect with your body, mind and soul in a warm and supportive

What to expect?

Whether you are a complete newbie or looking to deepen your practice of Yoga and Meditation, our retreats welcome everyone, regardless of level or flexibility. Every session is adapted to the needs and capacity of each participant. Yoga here is not about performance or aesthetics the way social media often portrays it. It is about taking care of your physical body with a direct positive influence on the mental one, supporting your health and well being in the long term.

Through asanas, pranayama, and mindfulness practices, you will enhance clarity, concentration, and peace of mind. We guide you through each technique, explaining how it benefits both body and mind. Day by day, these practices help you build a routine that becomes natural to continue even once the retreat is over.

True well being also includes joy, rest, and exploration. That is why each day includes activities that let you enjoy nature, culture, and quiet moments. Some sessions, like sound bath, body massage, and creative workshops, bring deep relaxation, while outdoor walks and shared experiences bring lightness and fun.

Rishikesh is called the world capital of Yoga for a reason. Nestled by the sacred Ganga River and surrounded by the Himalayas, it blends ancient philosophy, spirituality, and natural beauty. It is the perfect setting for mindful meditation and deep reflection. We will explore natural spots, hidden gems, local traditions, and spiritual spaces together. Surrounded by like minded people from around the world, you will reconnect, revive, and unwind. Over these ten days, friendships form naturally and new perspectives open up. Many fall in love with this place and with themselves all over again.

A Yogic journey is never complete without mindful food. At MANTRA YOGASHALA, meals are planned and prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. We use only fresh, local, whole ingredients to serve homemade dishes that keep the body light, the mind clear, and energy steady throughout the day. You will enjoy three nourishing meals every day, often shared together in our peaceful garden.
