What to expect?

Over these few days, we’ll guide you through the authentic wisdom of Yoga, from physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to meditation and mindfulness, helping you reconnect with your true inner self.

Each session blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, giving your body the chance to move, stretch, and strengthen every muscle. You’ll also learn practical breathwork and meditation techniques to sharpen focus and ease everyday stress.

A retreat in Rishikesh is incomplete without exploring its sacred and scenic beauty. So, we’ll take you on guided excursions to experience the spiritual landmarks, peaceful riverbanks, and hidden gems this city is loved for.

And because balance comes from mindful nourishment too, we serve pure sattvic meals that support your practice and uplift your energy. Carefully prepared and thoughtfully balanced, each meal fuels both your body and spirit through your days of yoga, meditation, and exploration.

Retreat Highlights

YOGA ASANAS
1 to 2 yoga sessions a day. Mornings begin with a grounding practice that wakes up your body and leaves you energized and centered for the day ahead. Evenings are reserved for a soft, calming session to release tension, quiet the mind, and prepare you for deep, peaceful sleep.

MEDITATION
One to two guided outdoor meditation sessions each day, helping you connect with yourself and with nature for deeper healing. You will also learn practical techniques to quiet the mind and connect with your true inner self.

PRANAYAMA
Our mornings begin with simple yet powerful breathing practices that help awaken your energy and nourish your inner state by channeling vital life force. You will also learn to use your breath as an anchor to remain grounded in the present moment, where true awareness and experience take shape.

EXCURSIONS
During the retreat, we make sure you also experience the true charm of Rishikesh. Each day includes at least one outing where you get to visit its cultural and spiritual landmarks, including temples, ghats, ashrams, and peaceful white sand river banks along the Ganga. We also include gentle hikes and nature walks, giving you time to soak in the natural beauty and feel the calm, spiritual energy that Rishikesh is known for.

NUTRITION
During your stay, you will enjoy light, fresh and nourishing sattvic meals prepared with intention and positive energy. This pure food supports detoxification, keeps the mind calm and steady, and boosts your energy so you can fully immerse yourself in your yoga and meditation practice.

ACCOMMODATION
Our retreat rooms are cozy, clean, and designed for comfort. Each room includes air conditioning, WiFi, an attached bathroom, and a courtesy tray to make your stay pleasant and relaxed. You can choose a single room for privacy or a double room if you're coming with a companion.
