YOGA ASANAS
Enjoy 1–2 yoga sessions each day. Begin your morning with a grounding flow that energizes you and sets a positive tone for the day. In the evening, unwind with a gentle practice designed to release stress and ease you into deep, restful sleep.
MEDITATION
1–2 outdoor meditation sessions each day, guiding you to connect deeply with yourself and the natural surroundings. You’ll learn practical techniques to quiet the mind, build inner stillness, and explore your true self.
PRANAYAMA
We begin each morning with simple yet impactful breathing practices that energize the body and nourish the mind. You’ll also learn to use your breath as a steady anchor — helping you stay present, calm, and connected to the moment.
EXCURSIONS
During the retreat, we step out each day to experience the charm of Rishikesh. From sacred temples, ghats, and ashrams to peaceful white-sand banks along the Ganga, every excursion lets you soak in its spiritual energy and natural beauty. We also include gentle hikes and nature walks, giving you a chance to connect with the landscape, the culture, and the true yogic spirit of this city.
NUTRITION
During your stay, we serve light, pure, and nourishing sattvic meals — fresh, high-prana food prepared with care. This clean and balanced diet supports detoxification, calms the mind, boosts your energy, and helps you go deeper into your yoga and meditation practice.
ACCOMMODATION
Our retreat rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable — designed to give you a peaceful place to rest and recharge. Each room includes air-conditioning, WiFi, an attached bathroom, and a courtesy tray. You can choose a single room for privacy, or a double room if you're attending with a friend or partner.
